Watchman Alerts is a daily text-message alert service operated by Mega Labs XYZ LLC ("Watchman," "we"). This page says what we collect, why, and what we never do with it.

What we collect

• Your mobile number. It is your account. We use it to confirm it's yours (a one-time code), to send the daily Alert, and to handle STOP and other replies.
• Payment details are collected and stored by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your card number.
• Replies you text us (for example STOP or YES) and basic delivery records, so we can honor your choices and fix problems.

We do not ask for your name, email address, or anything else.

What we do with it

• Send you the daily Alert and service messages about your subscription.
• Bill the subscription through Stripe.
• Stop texting you the moment you ask.

What we never do

• We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Watchman Alerts never sells, rents, or shares your number with anyone for marketing.
• We never send a text with a link in it.
• We never ask for passwords or codes, and never will.

Who handles your data for us

Twilio delivers the texts. Stripe handles payment. Cloudflare hosts the service. Each is used only to run Watchman.

Your choices

• Text STOP to (732) 800-9666 at any time. Texts stop and billing stops.
• Text HELP for help, or visit watchmanalerts.com/manage to see or cancel your subscription.
• Ask us to delete your number and records: text DELETE to the same number.

Retention

We keep your number and subscription records while you are subscribed and for a short period afterward to handle billing questions, then delete them.
